People friendly. Thank you for your information about the planted tank. On 22 april 2025 I ordered Algisin from this shop. It was supposed to be delivered to a address close by (7 km from my house). After 2 weeks I got an email that it was delivered at another address, which was a 2 hour drive from me! I contacted the shop and they said that they would contact the delivery company (Mondial Relay). After that I heard nothing back from them. On 21 May I send an email again requesting my money back. They answered that it would take 10 days to receive the parcel (Algisin) back. And then....on 23 Mai they sent me an email that I didn't pick up the parcel and that they were able to deliver it to a point relais close to me at an extra €7,99! Or €9,99 directly to my home. I once again told them that I want my money back. So far no answer. Avoid this company! Update 30/5: I've just received an email from them that I'm getting a refund. Amazing store focused on the fresh water aquarium, its fish and plants. If you need hardscape, soil, plants, equipment, CO2 or fishes this is one of the best if not the best store around Paris area.
