The changing rooms and showers are spotless, which is a big plus. I usually go for the two-hour pass, and this was my second time here. They've got a great jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam, plus a chill-out area with calming tea and comfy loungers. I brought my own mini toiletries and makeup on my recent visit. The beauty space to dry your hair is a nice touch after a relaxing shower. The crowd is respectful and cool that adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Honestly, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Very and you can clearly see it is brand new. Employees at the entrance is welcoming and takes the time to explain the different activities if it is the first time you come. There is everything you would like: sauna, hammam, hot bath, cold bath, snowroom, outside river, sport swimming pool, hot waterfall, … Come at the opening as I guess it can go crowded but for us it was perfect. Parking is just outside and private. Only backside was there were two activités closed: outside panoramic sauna and cold Swedish bath. You must note that if you want a massage you’d better book it at least two months ahead. Also note that kids are allowed. I recommend! The front staff could be nicer and more receptive. If the plan is to enjoy a half day or more than 3 hours, it’s essential to have a place to eat, not only vending machines. Also the decoration can be improved with some green areas. Very strict inspection around the pool that made us uncomfortable. But the good aspects are the facilities, modern, and very nice pools. After my online bar code was not recognized at your turnstiles, I spoke to the person at the front desk, who told me my ticket was never confirmed or debited. This is false, as you did charge me for it (I have the proof) so I paid twice. The person in front of me in line had the same problem, so this is not an isolated case. Five days ago, I sent you an e-mail with all of the relevant information, asking for instructions on how to rectify this issue, and I haven't had an answer. I have called you 5 times on your customer service number (which is expensive as it's a toll number) but no one ever picks up. Do customers have to pay lots of fees to try to reach you, and go through so much trouble to speak with someone? If I have to return to the site to speak with someone, please let me know. However, you had no probleme confirming my purchase online and charging me for a non-functional entrance. This is not a professional way to run your business and honestly you offer a poor customer experience. I would greatly appreciate a response.
