They didn't respond to me email 1 week before the party regarding my question about bringing my own cake as my child is allergic to lactose and gluten. They called me the day before the party saying that they would have to charge me 12.50 for bringing my own cake. I asked if they would then provide themselves a cake suitable for my daughter and they said that I needed to order that with time!!! How??? If they called me 1 week later to my email regarding this matter??? At the place on the actual day, they were too busy and served us late, wrong order and rude. Het is niet toegestaan eigen eten en drinken mee te nemen maar voor mijn kinderen had ik 2x een lunchbox besteld (om half 12) en het duurde ruim een half uur voordat deze klaar waren. Vorige keer dat ik hier was was dit ook het geval. Toen duurde het zelfs 45 minuten voor 2x patat plus snack. Horeca is wel netjes en schoon en het eten is er prima. En de boven rand van de trampoline een heeeele dikke laag stof...en de toiletten ook niet proper...en zo kan ik nog meer opnoemen. Heel jammer dat. De kinderen zien dat niet die vermaken zich prima.
