The Surf Pit was a great place to learn windsurfing in a quick course, our trainer Tonka was very professional and super friendly. The course starts with learning the techniques, then applying the learned techniques on the surf board in water and then windsurfing with the trainer. The channel is also very suitable for learning, because there are no waves and the wind is not too strong. Great sport, good workout, great experience. After windsurfing we had great discussion and grabbed a few beers together. Gear was good for me as an amateur. The spot itself has a good coast, no sharp rocks. Great place to have some fun and chill. Today our three kids 18/16/13 years old did the 2 hour trial course. Tia and Tonka gave good instructions and guided the kids professionally and safely on the open water. Unfortunately we did this on our last day otherwise they would have taken a longer course to master all aspects of windsurfing. Next time for sure we will come back for more!
