More issues with one during a two sail than during my whole skippering life altogether. Base Manager is a good guy, but he needs to tidy up his maintenance team. Maybe this weak croatian season would show companies like this who does not care about the maintenance that they can lose money fast way. I will not sail with this company ever. Rented a 41 Bavaria Cruiser “Whatever”. Except for some smaller damages due to to age, the was is overall good conditions and the was perfect on the Adriatic! The communication with Master yacht was without problem. We completely lucked out crossing paths with the team at MasterYachting; from start to finish this was an unbelievably pleasant and easy experience. We had a Lagoon 51, Apolon, for 8 people for one week. While we knew this would be a luxury boat, we were also prepared to get “cozy” since it’s 8 people on a boat… wrong. We were all happy to find that the cabins were spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, and enough common space for all of us to spread out. Josip, our Skipper… where to begin. I almost don’t want to say too many nice things at risk of him being completely booked up next year. Besides being professional, hospitable, knowledgable, and hilarious, he operated our like a car he’s driven his whole life. We felt completely at ease every moment of the long trip. He was able to integrate our specific location requests with his own itinerary suggestions allowing for a good balance of exploration and relaxation (a lot of relaxation). Some sun, some wine, some laughs, and several home cooked meals… We left the with gratitude and new friendships. No complaints, 10/10, absolutely will be back to see our friends at Master Yachting sooner rather than later. We had a lovely on the catamaran Lagoon 51 "Apolon", the yacht is excellent, the company's service is effieient and professional, we had a generator problem and the company made sure to send a mechanic to fix it with a speedboat to one of the islands we anchored ,the base manager Sima was kind,attentive and professional, we will be happy to come to this company again in the future and have also recommanded it to friends. Two notes: 1.The process of explaining about the yacht in the check in must be more thorough ( there were items that were not mentioned by the guide Martin and we only discovered this during the sailing ) 2.Opening and closing handles for holding tanks in "Apolon" requires easy opening and closing Thank again Ami We had the pleasure of vacationing in a 46’ lagoon yacht with our caption Marino Crnogaj for a week. He made our trip a once in a lifetime memory with his great personality and easy going demeanor. He ate meals with us each day and with very informative about each port we stopped in. He was very professional at all times and very conscientious about the magnitude of his job , keeping us safe with weather situations and always tending to the to keep it safe and set up for us each day. We loved the Guilty pleasure and all of its amenities. Thanks to Marino and master yachting We had 3 charter which was best we have had over last 20 years. was clean on handover and had very minor issues which is normal for any ( bilge alarm started to go off without reason - I disconnected alarm and checked water regularly but no issue). The engines were super fuel efficient for a medium cat, the full Bimini covers kept the very dry and warm even in bad weather. Marko and Nina both gave us top service and went out of their way to help in any way they could. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to use a charter boat. 5 stars***** I chartered a 50ft Lagoon from Master Yachting (Ugly Duck). They were great to deal with and extremely fair. We had a fantastic week. I would definitely charter through them again! Our whole yachting experience with Master Yachting was smooth sailing, if you know what I mean ;) Every single aspect of the and experience was top notch, I have never been so relaxed in my life! Thanks to all involved in making it such an easy and memorable experience. The biggest thanks and most heartfelt gratitude however goes to our Skipper, Josip. What a Captain, and what a heart of gold! I never foresaw how quickly our Captain would feel like family 🤍 He took such good care of us in every single way, and we had so much FUN! We love you Josip!
