But very simple facilities but just don't forget this is a Pansion so no high expectations. Breakfast is okay but it's more a mix of lunch and breakfast and unfortunately they don't ask what you want to have or if you are veggie or not so you get meat and cheese on the table, some fruit. Nice coffee or tea. Some rooms have very nice view of the lake. It might be loud at the street side in the mornings because of the trucks but nights it is really calm. It is freshly renovated space, beautiful terrace where breakfast is served. Clean and comfortable rooms, two very nice restaurants nearby. Only downside is if you get a room near the road be considered of the noise but nothing terrible. Recently renovated. Rooms on the street a bit noisy but ok. We were staying here for 5 days. The owners are really nice and helpful. You can see that they try really hard for the guests. The inside and terrace is really nicely decorated. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the terrace with great view and calm, peacful vibe (even though we were there during high season). Dinner was always really good and freshly prepared. There was no problem with parking space, it's right in front of the house. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. 😊 the owners are super friendly and the rooms are modern. the hotel's in a quiet area a bit outside of zadar. the breakfast was brought to our table and it was different every day! overall great experience, definitely recommend! The owner is unpleasant, the rooms have been renovated, but at the cheapest cost, you can hear the noise of cars driving from the main road which makes it impossible to sleep, the breakfasts are always the same, they are not varied in any way. I am disappointed.
