Mogoșoaia Park is a great place to spend a relaxing day outdoors, especially if you enjoy history, nature, and picnics. While the palace interior may not be the main attraction, the park's atmosphere and beautiful grounds make it a worthwhile visit. The Mogoșoaia Palace's original furnishings were stolen during the Communist era, so the interior is sparsely furnished. Check for events or concerts before visiting. Weekends can be crowded, so plan accordingly for a weekday visit if possible. It's nice, but not a place that I'd care to see again. If you live close by it's a good place to visit to walk around. Very large park, civilized, clean, green, extremely pleasant. The park is big, perfect for a picnic or to enjoy the weekend... The only downside is that it lacks a little maintenance. It's one of the iconic spots for Romanian culture and history in modern times and we'll worth a visit if you travel to Bucharest. Great place for having a picnic and a walk. You cand spend a beautiful day here, togheter with family and friends! I was interested in seeing the Mogoșoaia Palace. It sits on a large piece of property and looks nice on the outside. However it's pretty bare on the inside. According to the tour guide the original furnishings were stolen by the communists during the Communist era. The few items inside were donated by a wealthy Romanian family, but mostly consisted of some rugs and a few wall hangings. Still there isn't much to see. There are some information hangings on the wall that tell about the family who originally occupied the palace and what happened to them during the time of the Ottoman Empire occupation. It's nice, but not a place that I'd care to see again. If you live close by it's a good place to visit to walk around and that they sometimes have instrumental concerts. I visit the place two times (it is 15 km away from Bucarest). Once for a birthday celebration, second for just walking and enjoy the nature. It is a very large green with a historical palace (Mogosoaia Palace) and a gorgeous lake view. The Palace was closed, but we had a very pleasant and relaxing time just exploring the grounds and the buildings from the outside. There are some restaurants in the area and some places to buy icecream and juices. It is perfect for pets or sports to. Very large park, civilized, clean, green, extremely pleasant. You can have a nice long walk or a picnic, play with the ball, skate, get some fresh air. Wonderful! Very big with several old buildings. Nothing special. Cafe and restaurant not working. But area in very good condition perfect place for bicycle ride with great view. There are 2 toilets clean and equipped with everything necessary The is big, perfect for a or to enjoy the weekend, the architecture is very beautiful and it is worth researching a little about the history of the place. The only downside is that it lacks a little maintenance that could make the experience even more complete. ✨ Lovely! I spent a wonderful day there, admiring not only the setting, but also the work that was done to restore the palace, the church, the park, etc. Congrats to the team 👏! It's one of the iconic spots for Romanian culture and history in modern times and we'll worth a visit if you travel to Bucharest. Situated on the outskirts, it can be reached even by public transit. Un parc uriaș, cu locuri de bicicliști trotinete, bumerang, loc de lângă apă. Este un hidden gen - din parc se ajunge direct la Palatul Mogosoaia. Mult peste Bucuresti The gorgeous, elegant Brâncoveanu style palace with permanent and temporary exhibitions, a huge with roses, numerous exotic trees and bushes, cosy benches near the lake, Georges beautiful sentient church-- and this is not the full list of sights.Visit the to enjoy the beauty, to plunge into the atmosphere of its tranquility. Super festival pentru copii! Great place for having a and a walk. You cand spend a beautiful day here, togheter with family and friends! Great with a noble house restored for visits. Best place for an afternoon with your friends and/or family, closely located to the capital 😀 Potrivit pentru plimbari in aer curat, sub copaci sau pe malul lacului. Se poate vizita palatul Brancovenesc Great big place to visit, enjoy the nature on simple walk or have a picnic, play our door games. Parking places are to choose from. Overall, Mogoșoaia provides a harmonious blend of history, nature, and recreation, making it a nice destination for people seeking a peaceful retreat. For the most part, the park’s cleanliness contributes to its relaxing and inviting atmosphere. As with any public space, its cleanliness also depends on visitors respecting the environment and following the park’s rules. Upon entering through the southern gate, visitors are greeted by the inviting aroma of coffee and grilled delicacies from nearby cafes.
