We met one of the owners Munawar, he was so hospitable when telling us about his restaurant and a bit of his story on how he got started. The food was very freshly made and delicious! If cruising to Alta or on your holiday travels through Norway, take the time to stop in and see him to try any of his homemade dishes. Deep fat fried food as expected. Hot drinks were not great... After ordering we went to take a seat. Many of the tables were full of finished plates which makes me wonder what the staff is doing on the spare time. There was only one family dining when we arrived, so not busy at all. The food we ordered was reindeer plate and a pizza. The reindeer was cooked to pieces, super dry and seasoned too much. If I got served their regular kebab, I probably wouldn't have tasted a difference between the meats as they were completely destroyed. The wasn't good either. It makes me wonder sometimes. How can you mess up a pizza? They managed to do it. It was super soggy, not crispy at all and was like chewing rubber. All in all i give the resturant 1 star for the food which is the main reason for visiting, but i give them two stars because the guy working there was so polite. Sad to say, but never again.
