Stayed for 2 nights in June and had a really lovely time! Very friendly staff and the breakfast & dinners I had were huge and delicious! The coffee was great too! Comfortable bedrooms but the best part was just being able to up in the mountains with the incredible views & peaceful atmosphere after the last gondola had left! For the prices the portions should be not so small. Logistic costs to get the things up the mountain but not that much? Stayed here in summer for two nights. Place is located in the ski resort, so not far from the cable car. Room was rather small but overall had cozy vibe. Guys were really nice and helpful, even prepared snacks for our hike. Food was really delicious, and definitely exceeded all expectations. In the morning before nine, and afternoon after five, there are basically no people due to opening hours of the cable car, so you can enjoy picturesque views by yourself. From the moment we came into the hut, we felt like we had arrived home. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable- from providing the room before check in time to making us Kaiserschmarrn for desert! We loved the pleasant and warm atmosphere, the opportunity to enjoy local dishes with vegetarian options and witnessing the most stunning sunsets and sunrises. Also the cats were great companions! We stayed two nights and will come back to visit this magical place with its unbelievable friendly inhabitants ♥️ Thank you for everything! We had an exceptionnel here. Run by a young couple, the man is the chef for all the meals and the woman runs thé table service and tiens over the rooms. They did everything with warm, positive attitudes and the man was especially funny, delivering many a lighthearted joke. We ate so well - the good was flavorful and the portions were large. A bonus - there are two large fluffy maine coon cats who love there as well and who welcome many a snuggle. The chalet is next to several beautiful hiking trails and hillsides peppered with mooing cows. The bedroom and private bath were immaculately clean and thé nights were quiet. If you don't want to go to bed too early, there are boardgames in the common area and a flatscreen with Netflix at your fingertips. We will definitely be back!! The best chalet possible! Their Paprikas and Burger are killer, and if you wanna go proper, order their roast beef steak or veal cheeks in sauce! The terrace is great as well, specialy with smooth music and some sunshine! Love it! ***** A charming winter hut with a great view at Triglav and located right next to the ski slopes. The people were very nice and kind. They even offered us a free tea to warm up after arriving in the cold and dark. A recommendation is the delicious warm Apfelstruddel. We had a memorable stay. Definitely going to visit again!
