It has nice benches to sit outside in but the staff take ages to clear down the tables which attracts the crows. Good place and handy for food and coffee if at a match at the North Campus. The Pavilion, restaurant and bar, is one of several venues at the University of Limerick, and the largest one on the Clare campus. They cater to large groups in a private room. The building is modern and tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is nice during off-peak hours but at times becomes a little hectic, particularly when a conference draws many visitors. The food is good and the staff is very friendly and efficient, although during busy times they have difficulty keeping up. All in all a nice place to eat and relax with a pint. Good cold beer, ambient is ok, nice food, but nothing overwhelming. This place simply can't be beaten! The food is tasty and affordable.
