Had a booking all booked and paid for for 9pm, with receipt proof. Had the booking cancelled by Rustons 30 minutes before our booking due to not wanting to stay an extra hour and accommodate our booking. Person on the phone was rude and said that she didn't want to stay as it meant she had to stay an hour. Had a group of 20 lads ready to play football and they're all disappointed now. Not good service from Rustons. Went to a wake, very clean and comfortable area. Polite Tennis courts are a bit tired and could do with refresh, but very cheap compared to anywhere else in Lincoln so not complaining really. are always lovely. The beer,especially cask ale is diabolical. Has been for years,I cannot recall the last time I had a good pint in the club Came all the way from Bradford to play a game which had been booked for 9PM-10PM. Unfortunately the session was cancelled by the because the sessions before us was cancelled and she wanted to get home early. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Not only has she disappointed 18 players who were looking forward to their match, she has negatively impacted her company’s reputation and lost them revenue. Such behaviour needs to be addressed as I for one will never be coming back. Absolute disgrace walked inside the social club just to watch the football with a few of my mates a few of them being OVER 18. soon as I walked in I got a very rude disgusting look off the managers face and a sarcastic comment saying did you only come here to buy sweets. then we replied to her nasty comment with no we have come to watch the football and also buy a drink then we continued to watch the football whilst the tv was also turning on and off while the match was playing then over my right shoulder I hear another comment in a quite rude tone from the manager Sam saying you will have to leave at 9 o’clock because you aren’t accompanied by an adult even though we was accompanied by a few adults who also had proof of ID on them which she refused to see. As the second half was about to kick off Sam comes over and says you will leave right now we asked why and she said you are making a mess around the place even though we didn’t move from our table and was also the only people in there (which says a lot). I just thought I’d make this review because I was very upset with the circumstances and was very disappointed by the way I was treated by the manager Sam I just thought they could of shown a bit more respect towards there customers. (Which aren’t there just to buy sweets). Amazing staff, cheap drinks with an option for members discount! Homemade pizza night yesterday, lovely food and not expensive. Would definitely recommend! Booked to visit santa was very disappointed. Food wasn't great also hospitality was terrible no idea what they was doin. Won't be booking there again. Popped in for a pint and see homemade pizza on offer , so ordered two and took them home . They was both still piping hot and the taste was perfect we both enjoyed them and cant wait for rustons next pizza night Came for homemade pizza night . Wow so good it was well worth the money and was so friendly and helpful with helping us pick .
