We stayed here 4 people and we had a great experience in our two private rooms. We arrived late because we had a long day of hiking, and we were still a full dinner including in our case Pasta Carbonara. We even got free complimentary wine which was great. Shower was free and hot water was available. The sleeping area where all the rooms and dorms were was a nice area with a lot of chargers and some sofas to sit on and relax. Would definitely come back, even quite luxurious for such an environment! Spent a great night here during my Alpine Passes Way. Super sweet welcome and caring atmosphere. I got the dormitory for myself, what a luxury. It is true that 1 toilet felt a bit insufficient at times and 1 shower too. But it is a mountain hut after all. Great food for dinner and good breakfast. The manager is really trying to satisfy every wish and gives all her heart, though it sometimes seems an impossible challenge for a one-woman-enterprise. Wonderful lunch at one of the best mountain restaurants in the Valais. And a magical location in the Barme valley. Wonderful hospitality from Maith and great home-cooked food.
