Went early Sunday morning and stayed for a couple of hours. Did not get very busy while we were there. The lady who served us was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back. UPDATE: My son and I went early morning Saturday and it was busier than the Sunday. I actually purchased tickets for the Tripla HopLop and upon realising my mistake, I asked the lovely lady at the cashier if I could use the Triple tickets for the Outlet HopLop. Normally they're unable to make an exception but the lovely lady was happy to make an exception for us. Wonderful Customer Service. love this place! Visiting since it was opened few years ago. Not many signs where place was either. Not many but was there on Saturday. I attended Helsinki Outlet HopLop for my party and booked a popcorn party. The had a great time and the party was a success. The young guests only used the room for less than 20 minutes while stuffing popcorn and ice-cream-cake into their faces, but it was good to have a space for adults to gather and park the strollers etc. Some of our booked-food was missing but we didn't need it in the end as the were satisfied with what they had. All of the staff who helped us were great. They have a positive attitude and made sure the felt welcome and part of something special. The staff member who served us at the entrance and provided friendly, helpful and expert advice was key to the success of the party. He was welcoming to the children and very patient and polite. We had several guests with learning disability; autism, ADHD and physical disabilities. All were made to feel welcome and special and they had such a lovely time. Iso ja kiva leikkipaikka. Again, you basically pay the high entry fee to get ripped off further unless you're ok with watching you cry about the stuff they can't have. Forgot to mention the long queues and waiting times for the food due to being understaffed.
