The campsite is still developing. No shop or restaurant /snackbar available. They had to close because of Covid-19. Very lovely owners, always helpful and friendly. The campsite is small, but that was what we were looking for. Close to the water are also a few spots for a tent. The toilet building was really clean, and no cues for the shower. We rented a boat from the owners and went fishing. The only thing what might be 'missing' is a fridge in the cooking area. Highly recommended campsite!! During our trip through southern Norway the stay at Mjømna Camping is definitely the one we will remember the most: We arrived at a camping with a great view on the harbour and the bay and many nicely made spots to sit or relax. Each parking has it‘s own wooden terrace, which is really nice. Showers and toilets are very clean and there is also a kitchen you can use. We received a great recommendation for a hike (~2 h) that lead over a nearby hill and gives you an amazing view from the open sea to the mountains and the Fjord. All together, really place with really people. Great camping with a amazing view. Ask the owner for renting a boat, because the little islands around the camping are beautiful. Also good fishing spots and hiking trails.
