But I wouldn’t recommend coming here from Bergen as I did. It was a tasty dessert, but nothing particularly special. Hot chocolate didn’t meet my expectations. It was just cacao powder with milk. The lemon tart was amazing! Such a fun experience to stop by and get a few treats when they're open on a nice day. Worth a drive from Bergen if you don't live on Askøy and if you have a free weekend. My friends and I came for an afternoon lounging in the sun and eating these heavenly baked goods. It was such a nice experience with friendly staff in a quaint and quiet area. Kid friendly place to have a chat and enjoy the best bolle I’ve ever had. We love this bakery!
