Very poor service takes for ever to order. Food, when it came, was good but service put us off This is a really nice place! Actually I have seen 4 star hotels that did not looked as good as this one! The rooms are clean and they have a huge and beautiful beer garden! And the food is fantastic! Amazing areas by the way! I will be back for sure! Food is great, presentation is great. Soup is served from a big bowl. Super ! I wouldn’t recommend this place. For two nights in a row, there were loud events on the ground floor right next to our rooms, with music blasting until morning, rest was close to impossible. The hairdryer was broken, exposed wires posed an electric hazard, and one of the towels had rust stains. The staff was friendly, but the management’s decisions are questionable, hosting all-night parties when the place is fully booked shows a lack of consideration for guests. We ate at the terrace and it was not a good experience. We waited a long time, the limonade is just water and powder in an envelope with lemon smell, they didn't have some items on the menu, what we ordered had dry fries and the meat was not cooked, but the worst part is that they have one of those generic sad songs on repeat and it's a total turn off, almost sickening. Overall bad experience. Too bad they have the best location. 1 hour I will never get back. Totally waste of my time. I waited 1 h and didnt get my order. The tables and dishes are not clean. Cazare excelenta,mancare mai mult decat delicioasa, produse naturale locale proaspete( am mancat o urda buuuna si niste ceapa verde dulce, proaspata si crocanta, de care imi voi aminti mereu) ,...suntem foarte multumiti ! Plus ca,ai ce sa vizitezi in zona,nu duci lipsa de obiective turistice . Recomand ! Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la restaurant Casa Arcașului, unde am mâncat bine, ambientul este frumos și elegant și personalul amabil. Recomand cu drag. Bad experience with this restaurant , I totally don't recommend , dirty glasses , waited for about 30 mins to get the menu , after that about 44 mins to place the order , and 1 HR and about 25-30 mins to get the food I guess some will say that not everibody cand be pleased. I gave 2 stars because the price of the rooms are a bit lower than usual. But rooms were dirty ( dust all over, bathroom preaty dirty, mirror dirty, toilet dirty ) at least the bed looked like clean bed sheets. My biggest disappoitment was that I had to stay long time on toilet because the food I eat in the evening. I asked for pork with traditional fries, and I am sure that it was old, and the just warmed up a little and served it to me. This you DON'T do, is a big NO NO. So I hope youre stay will be better, but for sure I am not coming back here!!! It took us 1:15minutes to have a MENU on the table, and we had barbeque after 2hrs from the time we entered the terrace. It took us 2:45hrs to eat at this place. Not enough staff. Incompetent manager. Is not on the first come-first served-IS ABOUT which waiter is more skillful than the other. Food OK. Unqualified MANAGER, poor, poor poor management.
