Paikka on kauhean sokkeloinen ja osa myyntipaikoista on hankalia koppeja. Tympeä haju. Vaihtelevat fiilikset: kirpparilta tekee hyviä löytöjä sekä myynti on hyvää, samalla paikka on varkaiden paratiisi. Kameroita on paljon, ne on suunnattu osoittamaan käytäviä eikä myyntipöytiä eli vaikka pöytä olisi kameran kohdalla, ei kamera tallenna varkaita. Tämän lisäksi paikan omistajan asenne varkauksiin on todella outo: ilmoitin pöydässäni tapahtuneesta varkaudesta ja sattumalta pystyin kertomaan ihan 10 minuutin tarkkuudella, milloin tavarat oli viety. Kun laitoin sähköpostia asiasta kirpparille, sieltä soitettiin perään ja ihmeteltiin, että mitä he tiedolla tekisivät. Hetken asiaa mietittyään kirpparin pitäjä ehdotti myös, että voisin lopettaa pöydän pitämisen heillä, jos ongelma olisi niin iso. Samalla myös kerrottiin, että piripäät varastavat kuulemma paljon tavaraa ja siihen on tosi hankala puuttua. On ihan totta, että kirpparit ei voi hirveästi mitään varkauksille, eniten asiaan vaikuttaa kirpparin pitäjien asenne. Jos paikalla on kamerat + kyltit sekä ilmoituksiin suhtaudutaan vakavasti, varkauksia on melko vähän. Jos asioita ei tarkisteta ja myyjä saa valituksen siitä, kun ilmoittaa varkauksista, on varkauksia varmasti, myyjät ei vaivaudu edes raportoimaan niistä. I was here for about 40 minutes ans most of my time was spent "following the arrows" on the floor and dodging other people. The hallways are too narrow so you could peruse peacefully and safely during a pandemic. I even told a lady I could "step back" so she would stop reaching over me and she took offence! No confusing paperwork, not much signing papers, the only thing I recall was proving my identity in the end when I was cashing out my sales by the end of the week. The staff was super nice, the people in there were super friendly. Overall a simple, effective system. Must recommend! This place is the best. If you're looking for cheap and nice second hand things but looking new, this is the place for you. I will go back soon. I have been renting a table for a year now and have never, ever had a single item of clothing go missing. The place has security cameras everywhere, a TV that shows every point of the place and the staff is extremely demanding regarding the entire service. All items are checked using a personal number before being removed from the place, which prevents other renters from taking items from other tables. I am very satisfied with the service, security and sales, which are excellent! A good Kirppis takes care of its customers and Fematori Kirppis takes great responsibility, which sets it apart from the others. Congratulations to the entire team and the owner!
