The seats from the bikes are worn, the bikes are wobbly. My wife is short, so she brought the down to the minimum, then they claimed that by her sitting on the bike, and riding it (for less than an hour), as you would any other bike, she damaged the and charged us 25 euros for the seat. They did not even ask us before charging and ended up charging the wrong credit card; the card of the person I was travelling with. Furthermore, even though they claimed that the 25 Euros is to replace the seat, it’s clearly a lie. If you look at the bike next to my wife’s seat, you’ll see a tear in it that looks very old. This place is collecting money from customers to replace seats, not replacing them, and when wear and tear brings the to the end of its useful life, they charge the last customer that used it. I call this fraud. We arrived on a cruise and hired a for a day for 40euro. The was great and they were the best value to hire from, just minutes from the cruise port. We pre-authorised a deposit and were given confirmation of cancellation when we returned the undamaged. We would highly a worry free experience.
