Ivy and Lucy were super friendly and reinsuring. We have had 2 losses before and as you can imagine we were extremely nervous. Lucy was super sweet and Ivy is a gem! She was super caring and put us at ease. We found out about you at A&E last year, the doctor recommended you and we can't be thankful enough. Thank you for making such an important part of our journey accessible, friendly and available for us all. A huge Thank you! The folks at the scanning room are so kind and positive, it's been a great experience both times I've been. Definitely feel reassured, supported and informed after my visit. Can't recommend them highly enough. Such a wonderful experience- really welcoming staff, Daisy the ultrasound operator took us through the images without being rushed and sharing in our excitement. Highly recommend!! I had a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. Daisy was lovely and attentive. I would recommend to anyone needing some reassurance or just wanting a early pregnancy scan. Thank you The scanning room. Highley recommend Lindsay at the scanning room. She made me and my fiance feel at ease and was so thorough when showing us our baby and talking us through what she could see. Fantastic experience. The whole team at the scanning room were lovely and reassuring. Lindsay was very knowledgable and guided us through everything with care. She identified a large cyst on my right ovary and explained in detail what I would need to look out for incase this caused future pain and resulted in a twisted ovary. Strangely enough, almost exactly 24 hours later I started experiencing the pain she described and because we knew about the cyst and had her thorough notes in our report the team at the Haywards Heath Hospital were able to treat the pain and send me through for emergency surgery even when they could not locate a free machine to scan us. Within 5 hours the hospital team had sent me for surgery to remove the cyst and relieve my severe pain. Without the early scan and Lindsay’s advice this would have been significantly more drawn out (and caused me a hell of a lot more pain). I was looking for a private early pregnancy scan. With private hospitals requiring a GP referral and charging over £600, I was relieved to find The Scanning Room. £95 was the total cost of the service, and I could easily book the appointment for the date and time that works for my busy schedule. The sonographer was not only a great professional, but a kind and considerate person as well. Wonderful experience overall! Honestly this place is just the best! I had a MMC and I found out at the Haywards Heath branch and Lindsey was just absolutely wonderful, so kind and caring and made a horrific situation calm and dealt with me kindly and respectfully. I then found out I was pregnant and went to the Shoreham branch and had another scan with Daisy. Thankfully this baby is well but I did explain everything that had happened before and Daisy was so understanding, so kind and lovely and the experience was just perfect! Thank you so much, I would not hesitate to book in any scans here as both my experiences have been really positive!
