Bit dull grey and rainy day which is not good for beach. is always good for run, and dog walk. Not busy place because of weather. Good for meditation in nice day. You can have a nice view of white cliff from this pebble beach. The sea is cold at 7.30 am bst Lovely and a great along to the redoubt museum and ice creams on the way This was unplanned as it was between Brighton and Eastbourne beach. This place was quite good. Not overcrowded and plenty of free street car parking. I only spent about 30mins here as it was on the way and I stopped. Not noticed many shops around this but city Center wasn’t far. A beautiful beach. It’s a must visit, the people of Seaford are friendly and welcoming. Amazing to sit by the and watch the sunset, the long is amazing too. I really want to go for a run here. Amazing location to do some intense training. Good solid wide concrete walkway prone to be obstructed in places be washed up pebbles from beach. Separated from cyclist who have dedicated track on other side of sea wall. Wooden bench seated available along most of length. Modern huts well protected from the movement of pebbles. This area is prone to large shift on levels. Ice cream van and coffee huts to along the way. Plenty of free parking both ends and along the middle. Working toilets in Buckle Free Car Park. Ideal for casual walkers, dog walkers, wheelchairs and prams. Great views to Newhaven harbour entrance. Very exposed with high winds and tides. Wonderful, open, wide scenic beach. There are few amenities on the beach/promenade its self in contrast to more touristy spots but the town is just behind. Promenade is flat, easily accessible for those needing it from plentiful free onstreet parking and goes for miles. Beach is pebbly but platforms have been put out allowing accessible entry to be on the beach. Toilets up by the martello tower and over the orad by the park and cafe at the zebra crossing midway down the beach. Great long beach. Seaford is a wonderful 3 miles or so of lively beach. They have the perfect balance of amenities and an easy relaxed atmosphere. Its a pity about all the people who bring or allow their dogs to roam over the doing their business...with so many chdren around it should not be allowed...it nearly lost a star because of that! Seaford council needs to do something about it. Plus keep the parking on the seafront free...thats a true bonus. Lovely and beautiful day. 3 or 4 food huts serving coffee and ice cream and some food. Decent toilets too. Pebble with a very steep drop to the water which is a pity but it was a lovely outing Great on seafront Pebbles , hard to walk, casting depth up to 4-6m Fishing spot, off street parking 🅿️ Fish present plaice, whiting, dogfish, burbot. is a pebble beach. Sea looks beutiful with uniform bluish colour. Went on a sunday evening so less crowded. Stayed at a lovely campsite in Lewes that enabled us to surrounding areas. We were advised by locals to here, and it did not disappoint. It is deffinatly an up and coming area, lot's of property renovations going on but nevertheless it was a nice place to with a great variety of shops. I'm glad I got to see it before corporate consumerism inevitably takes over however its most deffinatly worth a for anyone this summer xxxx Clean, peaceful, beautiful beach, nature at its best. Pebbles with occasional sand depending on law tide. No shower facilities, but toilets are available within reasonable distance. Plenty of ice cream and snacks sellers are also present.
