Bit disappointed with the toddler zone, could do with some extra bits added as my son is 3 but as big as a 5 yr old but had to stay in the toddler.zone. Overall, was had, highly recommend spot to tire your out. Place is spotless and are so nice I booked for 11 and forgot and showed up to a at 10 but planned to put my younger kid the kiddie zone. There was no issue with my mistake and the were so helpful and had me and him in bouncing in no time. Very good place for children. There is a coffee shop inside. There is a small inflatable place for under 5s, and then the big inflatable place for bigger kids. You can celebrate the child there, the will have to jump and play and then they will be moved to a room to have pizza and cake. If you want to leave your kid there at a and leave, there is a shopping center nearby Nice place for age 5 and over 👌😜 nice atmosphere, busy place😉good staff. For toddlers there is place too (good for under 3 years) just a bit not enough for 3 - 5 years old, as for them need more place where to jump, more bouncy slides. My little (3) was asking to go on the bigger place after 20 min of jumping. But overall its nice place What place , booked it for my daughters bday (8). It’s so easy you have your own room very clean. The host did everything and she was great, me and the wife just had a coffee and watched on. We had about 8 or 9 at the party. Sooooo easy 👍 Very hot! .. fun but were sweating. Long sleeves and trousers a must or you will get burns. Receptionists where very polite and welcoming. Just the way it has to be, when working with public. However the café at the till made us feel guilty that we bothered them. Cleaning girl very promtly cleared the table for us and removed rubbish from tables. Place was clean on 7th of December between 13:00-14:00 kill the vibe, but it's mad funny too I booked Jump for my son’s 9th party! We extremely happy as the was the best one so far! fun for all the boys, nice and good location! I will have to praise Sarah, our host as she was amazing dealing with 16 boys( all mad football fans)! I highly recommend Jump Santry! Can't fault this place will have the best I brought my son here today and he had a brilliant time. He has additional needs and I was able to stay with him in the jump area. super nice and we had a experience. Very important to mention that is ONLY inflatable place, NO trampoline on the premises, should have information here so people don't make the mistake of thinking there are trampolines. Lack of right information, because you can see on the pictures there are trampolines. Brilliant facility with knowledgeable and friendly staff! My son loved it and could have spent hours here! We got there 10am on a Saturday and it was perfect, not too busy. Very misleading advertising – not for adults at all! We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Jump Santry. Based on the advertisements, we expected a place suitable for both adults and children, but in reality, it was completely unsafe for adults. The trampolines were filled with (mostly around 5 years old), making it dangerous for an adult to jump, especially for someone weighing 90kg. There was no warning anywhere that this place is essentially only for small children. We paid over €40 for two people and couldn’t even jump because it would have been unsafe. On top of that, they require you to buy their special socks, which turned out to be just regular socks sold for €2.50 – a complete rip-off. We wasted an entire day traveling there, spent nearly €50 for nothing, and left immediately because it simply wasn’t safe. Their marketing is completely misleading, showing both adults and jumping together, but in reality, this is not the case. There should be clear warnings that this is not suitable for adults before people waste their and money. Would not recommend at all! Very nice place. Clean. Helpful staff! We visited this morning, Sunday 26 January, for our 11 am booking. It was our first to visit. Despite being busy, the were attentive, professional and helpful, particularly the woman on the reception desk. The entire complex is impressive. One thing to advise though is that the toddler is quite small, so a nearly 5 year old will run out of things to do and be surrounded by a lot of much younger babies. Most of the on the ground, though young, were briefed well, knew what answers to give to questions and helped adults and alike. The place itself was clean, especially considering how many people were there. We will be back! The experience was fantastic with plenty of room to run around. Play is secure and clean. The toilets are clean. The are young, friendly and helpful. were supervising in every play area, walkie talkies to communicate with each other. Just a consideration or suggestion for safety with children. The front door is not secure. my son could run off out of the main building. Where as other play areas have a locked gate or door at the entrance for the safety of wandering off. The door Wouldn't stop us going again but I was very aware of the door being left open. The nicest touch to the place was a staff. They offered to turn down on the music inside for my son who has additional needs. I didn't see one member of on their personal phones and very Observatant of the place and guests. Obviously parents still need to supervise and a safety Waiver signed causes insurance is very high for play centres but place to go with the children. special socks must be purchased with your ticket. We'll be booking my son's next in jump zone, santry I had my daughter’s 6th here today and I was so impressed I had to write a review straight away. My little girl had a and so did her friends. Our host was Katie who was brilliant very safety conscious and she was really good with all the kids. Couldn’t help my special needs boy today when he was picked on in the dodgeball by 5 boys, when my son defended him self he was took off and I was told oh he done this ! But they failed to mention that 5 boys picked on my son…staff where questioned and apparently they didn’t think it was been rough ! Kicked pushed and kept throwing the ball at my son. were horrible to deal with apart from one whom was dealing with the ! The supervisor or manger she was unbelievably rude, where checking the cameras…oh it’s in a blind spot and can’t see anything ! There parent weren’t spoken to, they never even tried to help my son who was visibly really upset! Superb place for our to spend and get active. They loved it. Only thing, I can’t get good view of playing once inside the play area, have to buy tickets for myself to watch them. Would be if they had a video screen of play while sitting near cafe or lounge. Avoid all costs this place in Santry If i could I would give zero stars I recently visited Jump Zone, and unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the unprofessional and downright rude behavior of both the and management. From the moment we arrived, the seemed uninterested and dismissive, acting as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they had a job. One particular member was condescending when we asked a simple question about the rules, responding with a sarcastic and rude tone. But what was even more frustrating was the blatant inconsistency in how the rules were enforced. While some people were being strictly told off for minor things, others were allowed to break the rules freely—especially when it came to recording videos and not wearing the required waistband. It was clear that different rules applied to different people, which made the whole experience feel unfair and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I brought up my concerns with management, I was met with the same dismissive attitude. Instead of listening and addressing the issue, they were defensive and even rude, as if customer feedback didn’t matter to them. It’s a shame because the facility itself has potential, but with customer service like this and who enforce rules selectively, I won’t be returning anytime soon. If Jump wants to keep its customers, they seriously need to train their and management in basic respect, fairness, and professionalism. Please note that Jumpzone have changed their waiver procedures for parties this week. Parents' waivers are no longer valid, and as the host, you must agree to a waiver saying you are personally liable for any injury to any child in the party. It's worth noting this risk before committing to having a there. I was given no notice until I arrived and asked to agree to the new waiver, taking full responsibility for all the children. I would not have booked with Jumpzone if I had known as it is a very big financial risk. I have been here many times I have paid for parties 3 years in a row and my daughter loved it , however yesterday on my daughter's I only had 6 attending so I felt no need to book a and couldn't do so as the numbers were too low ,I paid around 160e for my daughter and her friends to attend jumpzone and probably near 50e in the cafe ,I spoke to a manager and asked if its ok to have a cake as it's my daughter's birthday, she said come back to me at the end(this manager was very accommodating),I did so but was met by a different manager ,a woman with a terrible, cold attitude who told me I couldn't light the candle and there's no outside food allowed because of allergies, however any parties in the past I paid a fortune for !were pizza delivered to the door(from outside )it was a chocolate cake , chocolate is sold in the cafe ,I was told to be discreet and not light a candle on my daughter's birthday, after giving 160 or so euro 😅 I lit the candle and sang happy to my daughter,I would never return, staff are extremely unprofessional, and the place is filthy I cleaned my whole before I left also ,because said manager was gleering from reception as if I killed her dog celebrating my daughter's birthday, some compassion and training as a manager wouldn't go amiss , totally spoiled the experience! and not worth the money Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
