This is a great spot for kids: bright, safe and fun. The were great. Good to have an adventure centre that's all about movement! It can get busy, and it’s a little expensive for what it is, but the loved it. Would recommend. Great for kids Over 5 years toddlers may feel left other as I experienced. Difficult to divide your time between a 5+ and and under 5. Toddlers area is bit crap, holds their attention for about 5 minutes. But were very helpful and accommodating. We were there with our daughter in the Jumpzone Sandyford. We were approached by one of the and she just assumed that our daughter came in as free of charge, and she was not wearing the JZ socks or the wrist band. As a matter of fact, we paid the full price for our daughter and she was wearing the wrist band which might have been covered by her long sleeves. It was such a humiliating experience and there were plenty of other who did not have visible wristbands on. Was it because she was the only Asian?? We showed the the wrist band, and she apologised. We then approached the manager on duty, and the goal was not to escalate but to try to get an assurance that better training should be put in place so that such experience would not happen to other customers. However what we were met was "Our already apologised and what more do you want? You can leave now".Were we on edge? Yes, but for obvious reasons. Management needs to be empathetic and have better EQ! He needs to be fired! Went as part of a school tour – what an excellent experience! The thoroughly enjoyed every moment. It was extremely well-run, with plenty of friendly and attentive on hand. Safety was clearly a top priority and very well observed. We’d definitely go again – highly recommended! great venue for my 7 year old party they all loved it Utter madness in a good way. I love spending my time here with my daughter. Have been loads of times. Today we had an incident with her insulin pump and the could not have done more to help up. Highly recommend this place. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure the birthday girl and her guests felt special throughout the party. I told the little boy I mind we were going there for a special day, he was super excited, checked the website and the price. Once we were there they said he couldn’t play as he was 4 and the minimum age is 5 yo even if he was taller enough. I asked if I could come in with him, I was told that no, even with me he wouldn’t be able to play. He was very upset and also was I, when I told the girl on the reception that they should have bigger advertisements about this on the website, she was rude saying they have it, but no, they don’t have in clear and proper words this information on the website. As an adult we can understand that but it’s very frustrating for and it almost ruined our special day. They said they have a toddler time in the morning but it was about 1pm so only available next day. I’m posting pictures of the website so you can make your own judgment if it’s clear enough this info on the site, also very rude and disrespectful way to talk to clients. I was genuinely concerned with what I was going to tell him. Great place, well run and love it. Do away with the slushies machine (contains glycerine which is dangerous for under 12) and the place would be perfect. Great place for to play and mine had a ball. Unfortunately the toilets were absolutely manky. One of ladies toilets was blocked up and one tap wasn’t working. All urinals and one toilet in men’s toilets was blocked off. One of the sinks was blocked off and soap dispenser was broken.
