Great little about the original habitats and their overthrow by the Spanish. Free to enter, super friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Few parking places, steap road incredible panorama, a Canarian place full of energy and history. The road up there is a spectacle, narrow but with superb views Interesting, small about the history of Gran Canaria. You can see historical pieces or watch documentaries. You can learn about caves as homes. The visit is free of charge. You can also walk up the hill nearby some caves. But you should wear good shoes, and should not be afraid of heights. It's a bit dangerous to hike. The Interpretation Center includes a museographic exhibition that reveals the most important culture and rites of pre-Hispanic culture together with a unique space, which still houses the places of worship, burials, and rock art of the first inhabitants of the island. Very helpful and friendly guide. We enjoyed the a long with the climb to the rock. Very quiet compared to Roque Nublo. Entrance is free, worth to come and see. Extremely informative. The staff are very helpful. The views are fantastic. The walk up to the Roque Bentayga is, I would say, medium to difficult and not for some. Please note - you need over an hour to visit the entire area (the and peaceful trekking) and the entire area is closed. Check opening hours before you arrive We enjoyed the centre, a long with the climb to the rock. Very quiet compared to Roque Nublo. Very helpful and friendly guide. A much appreciated little at such a breathtaking place! Great view from the top and a nice hike up there, not more than half an hour. The is lovely, modern, with clean toilets and courteous personnel. It's worth a visit! Very nice welcoming, free little visit explaining the venue and its historical population, and toilets + fresh water are much appreciated! Thank you Great little museum. Learned a lot and for free, was a great experience and really recommend. Gate was closed at the intersection (~15:30) so we had to park along the narrow street. There is only space for a few cars. Add an additional steep 15-30min walk to the closed center. From there the way is a bit dangerous, you'll need at least good closed shoes and some balance. The place and the views are, as always on this island, beautiful. Lovely little museum. Free, educational and interesting.
