For kiting in winter, Maspalomas is great. In summer the beach a bit more up north works. Though it's all stone. Next time, I think I'll go to Tenerif. I love the place ... really I am living here for 5 years ago!! And i do not practise windsurf but the strong wind is not a problem for me !!!! Great for surfing other than that not much going on.
