The facility is disgustingly dirty and dusty with bottles, pieces of food, socks laying around for months. I bought sweets popcorn and drinks from airtastic while they played. I then paid for 8 to do soft play for one hour. Then I paid for 8 meals from airtastic and also drinks. I then wanted to do my sons cake and I was told I could not as they did not allow unsolicited parties. Considering all the money I paid in airtastic on that day I was so frustrated that something like his cake could not be done. Your allowed bring your own cake when you book your party with them but I didn't have a minimum of 10 but I paid for everything else and wouldn't dream of bringing in any sort of other outside food so I bought all their treats from the center.
