Called in on a Monday lunchtime. Not very busy and atmosphere suffered as a result. The guy who welcomed us explained the menu very well and was and helpful throughout. Ordered: Love me Sweetie Tenders Love me Raunchy Tenders Crack Tots Food came out promptly and we both enjoyed our food. It was the right amount for lunch. Tasty, reasonable and good service! Dropped in for a bite to eat when in town, we were greeted by a lovely, member who was very accommodating to us and our baby. We got a few bits to try but it’s not an overly in dept menu. The was average, the mac n cheese was nice, the loaded fries were very punchy on the garlic and the tenders tasted watery when eating which also lacked flavour. Overall it’s a bit pricey for what it is but it was OK. Not sure if I’d hurry back. A great place I found while searching for supper. There's a lot of shitty places with the same menu's in Dublin and this place was a refreshing change. Food was some of the best tenders I've ever had and the vibe was upbeat and were all very friendly. Go eat there and you'll be happy. Mad Egg just hits different every time. The is always crispy and full of flavour, and those sauces are seriously addictive. Easily one of my favourite spots for fried in Dublin. Gary, Sean, Giovanna and Bruno are absolutely top drawer. Their service, product knowledge and delivery is flawless. We stumbled upon the restaurant by walking around Dublin and couldn't both agree on where to eat. We then saw Mad Egg and both agreed. There is the saying less is more and their menu is just this. It's chicken. In a bun or naked. You choose. I had both and was left completely satisfied. The was flavoursome, hot and juicy. Just how you'd love a bird. Their catchphrase is Get Laid, Get Fed. And I've just had my meal 😉 I recently had lunch at The Mad Egg and had a pleasant experience. The were and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I tried the Sweet Stack meal. crispy, bacon tasty, honey butter interesting .The waffles were a bit too sweet on their own, but they paired well with the and honey butter. The loaded fries were good, and my friend had the OG burger, which was generously portioned. Drinks arrived in about 5 minutes. While the prices were a bit high, the quality of the food was good. Our meals took around 15-20 to be served. I appreciated that each table had a roll of paper towels, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had a decent dining experience and would recommend The Mad Egg. Absolutely Top Notch! The best sit down meal I've had in months, the was unbelievably juicy and tasty. Crack Fries and Tator Tots were as well. Plus we had a bottle of beer too top it off👌🏻l. And Gary our waiter was excellent Highly Recommended. were welcoming and polite. Burger was delicious, i went with two of my friends, they also really liked burger. This was my first time, we will surely visit again and again. No doubt 5 out of 5- For great food, for and atmosphere. The food is amazing. I orderes the mac and cheese and the honeybaby and the flavors are unique and the quality of the ingredients are top. Highly recommend Very crispy and the tenders were so soft and juicy!! Didn’t know what happened and said it’s going to be there in 2 minutes. By then, I was already there for 30 minutes. I left. I should not have to ask for them to check my food after 25+ minutes. I ordered one and it was not too busy. People were mice though, and understood when I said I have to leave. Even offered to take half my bill off. I declined and left. First time here and I must admit it was so nice. The were lovely, service was quick the place looked great and clean and the important thing… the food was heavenly. So fresh and tasty. The tenders were the best ones I’ve ever eaten. Definitely will come back again and try more off the menu Today i had a quick meal with my friends at Mad Egg. We were seated by Jenny. lady, so smiley and comforting. Garry took our order. The most patient guy 100%, we changed our orders about 12 times. He stayed advising us. He put us onto tater tots😍 Lovedddd Garry’s banter, man, BIG UP GARRY. Eddie was truly an experience. Jk, manager, very friendly, quite humorous. Will definitely be returning😛 BIG UP MAD EGG. 🍳 We came here on a quick trip to Dublin on a Tuesday and the food was absolutely stunning so we came back on the Wednesday as well! Jenny was absolutely amazing and remembered that we liked extra pickles from the first day. Amanda and Andy were AMAZING. I have been going to madegg for the last 2-3 years and I have NEVER been disappointed. The goat and loaded fries are the best thing on the medium but the alone can make you full. The service was lovely, waiters have never been mean and only kind and happy to do their job. On the chef side, my food has never had anything wrong with it, always served hot and always served good. The GOAT and crack tots were absolutely delectable. The was incredibly succulent and the perfect coating. Gary was such a and helpful waiter, and Emily couldn’t have been kinder.
