The staff were not rude but just seemed to lack something, like everything was read of a script and disingenuous. I visited today with my mum and sister, the show room is very dated and scruffy. They didn’t have a large selection of as previously suggested by customer services, minimal with not all sizes. I had seen a online that I liked and messaged customer services, they advised that they can’t tell me if the I wanted was in stock in the shop or not I just had to visit and if it isn’t available they will suggest others similar. Well in the shop they advised that the hadn’t been stocked for 3 years, they don’t have any and unlikely any other branch would. We carried on to see if we liked any other and got two brought out, they were nice but needed adaptations. We asked if she could check if the other that we originally saw online was available anywhere else and she went to check with customer services, she came back and said they didn’t. Not sure why they are still showing 3 years old online if they aren’t restocking and then not making this clear? We liked one of the two I tried on but it was too big and they didn’t have my size, we asked if she could check if the other branches had my size and she said no because customer services wouldn’t check as they had checked about the other for us. Seems like they are just bothered about selling a there and then rather than helping their customers still buy from their brand just from a different shop that had the correct size. We would just need to buy the from them that was too big and we would have to pay to have it altered. Very clear that the team are paid on a commission basis and put this before helping the customer the right at the right size from their large network. Charlotte was absolutely fantastic in helping my friend her dress, amidst a sea of lace and fabric she was professional and friendly, making my friend feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. She cannot thank her enough for helping her say "yes to the dress!" She showed a level of professionalism and knowledge that would be expected of someone who had been doing this for many years, given she had only started in January she was a superstar! She pulled many that were flattering and took thorough consideration of the preferences of the bride, listening and adjusting her picks as the appointment progressed. Will definitely be recommending to friends and future brides! I went in to Wed2B, after a recommendation from my sister in law. I took my Maid of Honour and Mum, who were always included and had time with me in each I tried on- allowing pictures and comments from all of us. Charlotte served us and was so with us; we went in having never tried anything before and no idea what we would settle for. Charlotte pulled for me to try on, taking on comments from each of us in turn and finding the best ones. She didn't pressure me to fall in love with a and didn't pull a "hard sell". She was honest and kind, and found the perfect for me to try. I did end up falling in love with a and bought it- veil, underskirt and all came in under budget too. Definitely recommend Wed2B. Thank you, Charlotte ❤️ I had a really lovely with Hadiya during my first proper one to one appointment. I had visited a outlet a few months earlier, so this very different in the best way. There was a 30-60min wait on a busy Saturday evening, which was completely understandable. Once the appointment started, everything calm and relaxed. I briefly explained what I was looking for and the very first Hadiya chose was already so close to my dream dress. She was incredibly thoughtful throughout, especially when choosing accessories. I had said I did not want sparkle on my dress, but because my ceremony will be in a planetarium, she suggested a with subtle crystals at the tips. It was delicate, not too sparkly, and will look under the stars. I found my dream here and very well looked after, even though we finished close to closing time. She made me feel really comfortable and offered some great suggestions, including the one that led me to finding my perfect dress. They had a wide range of styles—more choice than a couple of other boutiques I visited—which was a big plus. In the end, I went for a slightly more expensive gown, and that was completely my decision. I'm super pleased with my choice and couldn't be happier! One small bit of feedback: when spending over £1,000, it feels a little disappointing that the company charges extra for bags, hangers, and storage. I feel like a basic storage bag and hanger should be included as standard, and perhaps a box could be an optional add-on. I was unsure of the original balloon sleeves on Carwen and she recommended having them changed to the Wed2b fitted sleeves which I did. She also recognised that my second choice was a glittery so recommended their glittery to pair with my dress. I used a seamstress who they recommended and she transformed the into my dream dress. I came in yesterday with a group of friends and had the best experience! After previously going somewhere else and not enjoying it I was nervous, but I wish I had come to Wed2B first! The store itself had such a nice, welcoming armosphere (and air con!). My consultant was Florie and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I wanted, looked at my inspo photos and pulled the most perfect that fit the vision that I had. She was so kind and helpful when getting me in and out of and she really calmed my nerves and put me at ease. She made it such a wonderful and I ended up buying my dream dress!! Firstly, we went on a Thursday evening and was pleasantly surprised to we were the first to arrive. I was met by Millie who listened to what I like and don’t like. She listened to everything I said and brought out a selection of dresses. And everything she brought out is what I had in mind. This was my second shopping trip and was so much better than my boutique experience. I was more nervous and anxious than excited - the enormity of the decision weighed heavy on me. Why was it better? -No time limit (I think we were there 3 hours in total) and didn’t feel rushed. Such a range of styles I pivoted from a simple satin to lace, a strait ish to full on princess and it wasn’t an issue at all and helped me to be certain in my choice. They had that fitted me! I could see what my looked like on and in my actual size, how it felt, where it touched, fitted, where the detail started and stopped on my actual body! The staff are not on commission, there was no hard sell and they were really helpful - esp Millie in Milton Keynes. Chelsea was brilliant, very and knowledgeable about what styles would suit based on the feedback I had for each dress. I was there for a couple of hours and tried on 7 dresses, and many veils, and left with the second I tried. The are quality and well made, on par with the I’ve tried at other boutiques. Being able to try in your size was incredibly helpful too. The Milton Keynes store is big and spacious and while there are other brides there, this added to the and the changing rooms were very private.
