I've only discovered this place this summer and I gotta say it's and awesome getaway spot in the hearth of nature. The infrastructure is basically unpaved roads but during summer, it's easily accessible. However, expect a really dusty car after a trip there. On the other hand, in the winter I imagine you'd most probably need snow chains in order to make it. It's definitely worth the effort as there are some pretty sweet ski slopes in the area. Really nice location. Close to Sureanu ski track but pretty hard to get there. Nice view but sometimes you can't enjoy silence because of tourists listening to loud music Really great place with a nice view. It is quiet and the road is generally good. At only 6km there are nice sky slopes at Sureanu sky resort. Nice if you are in a group with more people. The cabin itself will not represent a problem for everyone. I was on Christmas and it was nice. ( Place for barbeque ,stew , chitchen with all dishes you need included) Really nice area for sking, especially you can get out really easy off piste.
