I tried the place as i was staying in the Radisson Blue, the place is nice, alot of options to choose from I tried almost all of them, some refreshments are free, hot cinnamon water The issue of this place is that its a bit small so if 2 or 3 in the same spot it would be crowded - instructions are not in English so sometimes its hard to know what to do or the benefits of the service The paths are always wet, you must be careful walking, staff are super nice, the best place here is the sauna and the mixed temperature ceiling fountain The gym is very small but good equipment, didnt try the yoga but everyone say that its one of their best activities But you will definitely feel the class of this place, yet some room to improve Great place to escape the city for a few hours! A beautifully(!!!) decorated spa that I will visit again when I’m in town. Someone has already commented on the smell in the women’s locker room. I would call it “wet dog”. I was lucky that I was there at a quiet time but I can imagine it feels very crowded quickly. 6 showers in the ladies locker room, but probably 100 lockers, so I guess it CAN be quite chaotic (which is the exact opposite of the purpose of the place 😅) I had a Harmony massage that was and I appreciated that I could book online the same day as I wasn’t even aware the place existed until I searched for a place to get a massage. Entering the spa only for 2 hours at normal rate of 700SEK seems a bit steep, but to combine it with a treatment is perfect! There are several activities to try in the spa, and unless it’s crowded you can manage all of them in the time slot, but you may not feel relaxed after because of all the activities. Granted: if I lived close by I would go there often given that the atmosphere stays as relaxing as it did when I was there on a Sunday afternoon, end of June. I had an amazing experience today at the spa. Spent couple hours with saunas and pools. My favourite were Vichy shower , big with hydro massages chairs and gravity rocking chairs with music. I rested very well after long day of travel. Highly recommend. We went there on Tuesday morning. It was almost no one there and everything was clean. I highly recommend this place, if you want to escape to another world. I didn’t really understand the bad reviews bcs we were amazed by everything there. If you go there on a busy Friday night, of course it won’t be the same, but you have to think about this yourself. The coffee was the only thing that was really not good here, but otherwise I was very happy with everything. Loved the rocking chairs with calm music - it feels like one is flying away from all the stress 😂😊 I didn't like the people wearing their swimsuits, sweating in the sauna without sitting on a towel and going straight to the warm water without taking a shower. I remember Sweden when you had to take showers ( yes everyone was nude then but clean) nowadays you have to wear a swimsuit but without hygiene. I don't even want to think about all the germs in the sauna and pool. Also people seem to leave their used/wet towels everywhere. I won't come back here. The level of this spa is plunging. Now they offer only one towel for the whole stay, no slippers, no fruits anywhere, no salt for the foot bath, dirty water in the pool, busy in the evening. I guess they want to play fancy while saving money 😑 It's ok, we just paid 250 SEK and I wouldn't want to pay more. The setup is but the place seems a lacking on the sanitary front, which puts a big damper on the experience. The room with the clean towels and flip flops absolutely reeks of feet and the spa areas have cloth pillows and cushions. People sit in them one after the other. It's not something that gets cleaned between guests so it just seems gross and makes the whole experience off putting. Cozy spa with lots of different small things to do. Classes are nice. The gym is too small. Beautiful and relaxing place . Peaceful atmosphere people working there werry friendly and helpful. Top place to leave all stress behind and just enjoy time . It's a place don't get me wrong. Good service clean a little and sauna and steam room. But it's a complete ripoff. 700 sek for an entry 500 for hotel guests. It is not that big or fancy to warrant even close to that price. And if I understand it correctly locals pay much lower prices for memberships so it's not empty either. ( Not overcrowded to be fair.) So with a more reasonable price this would be a 4. But the price is just out of whack with what it delivers. I loved the place. Definitely worth the money and to give a chance. The only think I didn’t like is that there’s no control over the people who is in there at the same time. At some point it gets crowded and the whole thing about relax is not there anymore. Also the changing rooms are too small, I was changing with two other guys at the same time and there wasn’t space for the three of us. The most annoying part was to be having a relaxing massage and to be hearing people talking and laughing loud in the pool. I didn’t like that at all. I couldn’t relax anymore. I think there should be one staff member going around and checking on what’s going on. Other than that, the staff members were nice. The place is nice. I’d come back to give another chance. Amazing! A disappointing experience! I received a gift voucher, but it had a much shorter validity period than I expected. I thought all vouchers were valid for a year, especially since that’s stated on their website. When I contacted customer service, my concerns weren’t really addressed. I love the spa itself, but after this happening twice, I don’t want to go there anymore and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Hope they improve the communication around their vouchers!
