I had gone to one extra-large bicycle superstore in Fürth, but after 30 minutes, not one employee spoke to us. Not at Lucky Bike! We walked in the door and were immediately greeted by cheerful information desk staff. We told them our situation, and they gave us a PAGER and directed us to the srrvice desk. The pager was to ensure a place in line whole we shopped around. Great idea! Love it. I know Saturdays are tough in retail. This is a terrific solution. My bike was ready, including free installation of the multiple extras I bought. I tried it out, we made one or two minor adjustments, and that was it! Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and efficient...and I'm American and worked in CSM there, so you know I have a very high standard. Buy here with confidence. Wir waren zweimal innerhalb 4 Wochen dort und wurden beide Male von Fabian beraten. Er konnte unsere Fragen alle sehr kompetent beantworten. Das zweite Mal hatten wir eine Parallelogramm Sattelstütze gekauft und er hat unseren Sattel gleich montiert. Das war sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS: wir hatten zuvor die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen und sind positiv überrascht worden. Das heißt: jeder hat eine 2. Rechnung zu schreiben bevor Reparatur fertig ist wäre in meinen Augen verdächtig! Alten Teile die angeblich defekt sind und auf Wunsch mitnehmen will bekommt man nicht mehr weil sie vermutlich anderen für neuwertig verkauft werden usw. . .dazu nicht mal ordentlich die schaltung eingestellt. . .ich könnte weiter da weiter und weiter erzählen. . .Finger weg von dem Laden wenn ihr was vertrauenswürdiges sucht wo ihr für eure geld auch eine anständige Reparatur bekommt und nicht verarscht werdet!
