Nice and room, quiet basic, but made well. There is no bar on women's side and working hours are very different from men's which i found a bit unfair. Men's side even have live music sometimes. The receptionist was extremely rude for no reason, even though I spoke to her very politely, i guess it's normality in Latvia. I loved the massage made by Yuriy - that was a highlight of our visit. Women in tried to create a hell inside by rising temperatures to 100 degrees with plenty of steam, so no one could stay longer than 3-5 minutes, one lady was giving eveyone commands wha to do or not and she wasnt even working there. It's definitely not a place to relax, would go again once there would be way less people I guess. Excellent experience - very clean, new, very hot, everything is working. You can rent everything there, but if you have it, take your own stuff. English is a bit limited. There is a bar which is very reasonably priced, and it is connected to the restaurant next door, so you can have a meal. Probably the best modern-kind renovated 'banya' on this side of river bank! That's not how customer works in restaurants. I've heard a lot about your employee, Saida, from other acquaintances and friends, as well as from customers I've recommended to this restaurant, and they all agree that she's unprofessional, rude, and even disrespectful. Наша компания была большая, 17 человек. При резервации попросила нас посадить в конце зала, т.к. нас много. Сказали "хорошо". Пришли вовремя и видим, что в зале уже 3 большие компании отмечают свои праздники, а наш стол прямо на проходе возле бара и кухни. Сквозняк страшный, все двери открыты, постоянно над головами официанты с подносами. Да, это же бизнес, забить до отвала зал.
