The service is very friendly and helpful. I visit Peerkesbosch often and I love the place, however, to me personally there are some points for improvement. First, and foremost, the coffee (I always order a cappuccino), is really not good, and I’m trying to be diplomatic here; it seems like it is made by a automatic coffee maker, the taste is bitter and the foam is watery. Second, the menu is a bit old-fashioned Dutch. A more worldly set of options would be highly appreciated. Personally I would be interested to see more Mediterranean bites and dishes. I just visited their lovely patio and behind that a green meadow with the two cute donkeys. Great atmosphere for family with young children!! Peerkesbosch is right off the highway but far back enough you get to enjoy beautiful views. Lunch was delicious. The tomato soup was perfectly seasoned and the croquette was delicious.
