The food was (you may find this impossible to believe) was better than the food in Italy. The hostess was an amazing manager, and her husband was the incredible Chef. There were 12 people in our party and this was the consensus of all. We would lo Spent few days in this beautiful mountain lodge while doing a ski touring school. Perfect spot for different ski touring routes and probably hikes during the spring/summer season. Our hosts Cornelia and Peter were friendly and helpful. All house facilities - rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally tidy and clean. Food prepared by Cornelia is tasty and (sometimes even over-) sufficient :) I'm really looking toward my next visit to this place. My family spent 6 days at Sadnighaus in late June 2013. We had a wonderful stay. The food was marvelous! The staff was very welcoming. I would love to return. We had 5 day ski mountaineering course and stayed in a Sadnighaus with half-pension. Food was plentiful and gastronomy excellent. Hut has all necessary facilities and is very clean. Highly recommended We were a group of 10, staying in Sadnighaus for five days as our ski-touring base. Our hosts Cornelia and Peter were just amazing... All the time at our disposal, ready to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The food, even for vegan/vegetarians was just great (and absolutely huuuge). Everything in the house is clean and nice. C&P were more then helpful, caring and concerned for our safety when an avalanche cut us off from our cars. This is the place and people I would definitely like to visit again. Highly recommended to all mountain/nature lovers.
