The establishment is beautiful, especially at sunset. The menu offered enough food options so that we came for 2 days in a row. It’s also the only in Crit. Service was very friendly, food was good but nothing special- there was the secret ingredient missing. Prices were on the higher range considering the area. We came here in November, when there are basically no tourists. However we were surprised to find fresh and delicious food, good coffee at very low prices. Everything we ordered was so good, that we couldn't stop tasting. Look at my desert with 10 lei - 3 big portions! (photo attached) We would definitely come back. We had the opportunity to spend 2 nights here, beds are very comfortable, nice decorated rooms with natural light , colors everywhere, food is super nice, take your time and make a stop here Impecable Services! Our second visit here and will definitely come back again. A historical and elegant building with a modern touch, spacious rooms and a big garden for relaxing. The is a big advantage with delicious well cooked food. We highly recommend it for family, couples, groups of friends and even for small business events. They only have a few rooms which helps keep everything cosy and tranquil. Even if you‘re just passing by make sure to stop for a visit of the church and a meal at the so you can enjoy the beautiful view of the hills and surroundings. Stayed here for a weekend to celebrate one of our family members birthday for whom, the Kraus staff helped us with a delicious birthday cake. Rooms are well equipped, 0.5L bottles of water, slippers, toiletries etc. It is right that the property has view to the main road and while in the garden you can hear all the cars passing but haven’t heard from our room anything during the night, even if our room has windows on the road side. We liked that the personnel is of different ages and all were very friendly, respectful and polite. I haven’t slept here yet, but what I can say is that I have eaten the best duck tie in my life until now. Service was excellent therefore I highly recommend their restaurant. The staff at Casa Kraus were amazing, very kind and generous ! I appreciated how humble they were, and in such a beautiful location. The manager Danny was an incredible host. Thank you so much for everything !! We had an amazing dinner celebrating our one year anniversary. Staff were incredibly sweet and the location provides lovely views. Cute cat and dog were also a huge plus. Highly recommended.
