Wondeful views of the area. The castle was unfortunately closed when we visited but we did catch the Monday market and looked in some of the ceramic shops. A lovely hill town. Strenuous, hot walk around town. The hilltop Norman ruin was well worth the climb, as was the local restaurant, La Taverna di Pepe. We could have skipped the church and terra cotta workshop. Very nice alley roads to walk trough till you end I’m near the castle that’s its nice to visit Relatively small but it's well worth a visit, especially for those interested in medieval Europe. The view of Squillace and other nearby comunes are quite nice. Beautiful example of Norman castle. It is well looked after and has very interesting reperts. Great place to enjoy the silence.
