Quite crowded lately...however it's a very nice sea-side location, with a large that has good sand, a river that ends its course near the sea (making it a perfect bathing place for the kids) and quite large options for lunch/dinner. It started as a beautiful wild and it is these days a more commercial one. The good thing is that even so, the respect for the nature seems to be there. Overall, a very nice place for the summer (especially during week-days 😁, avoid crowded weekends, if you have the choice 🤫) Beautiful with clean sand and umbrellas with 2 sunbeds for price of 10lv. Beware of google pinpoint of Irakli and come through neighbouring Vaya which has a huge parking lot free of charge and is 2 mins on foot from Irakli. Google led us to the middle of the forest and there said "you have arrived". After driving for a few hundred meters we saw some small gravel road but did not want to risk and went further to Vaya where there was a paved nice road. The itself is an amazing beach, although quite crowded. If only the sea water was clear enough for snorkelling 🤿 I would give a 5 star. The is clean and the bar is close!Umbrella’s and sun lounge are available at affordable price. Famous, beautiful, hence crowded in mid-season place.
