The equipment was in good condition and covered a variety of ages in terms of challenge. With a skate park, tennis courts, exercise equipment, swings and a it has everything you need. Went to see the thrift stores plenty of food and drinks tents and lots of various items pastries and handcrafted items. Well attended with plenty of families enjoy the music and wide open areas. Well maintained with nice play area and close to town centre. I visited during the festival of Thrift and it was clean, safe and organised. This is a great place to hang out. The only downside is the skatepark where it absolutely reeks of weed. Plenty of Pokéstops for the Pokémon Go players. There's a lovely inside too which is currently undergoing a big renovation to make it bigger. Visited today watched abit of tennis, people playing bowls, people walking their dogs lovely sunshine nice little near the town centre A nice day out at the festival wet but still enjoyed Beautiful park. Open, airy, and relaxing. Really nicely maintained. Quite a bit of litter around at times. But that's on the people using the park, not the staff. A rat ate my dog, and a local youth called me a bum face. But the swings are pretty fun Always a lovely place for a walk. Very dog Friendly. So much to do for the toddlers. Lovely for walking the dogs, taking babies and kids to the park, is great, skatepark for older kids Love going here I walk my dog every day round the in the summer and find it a pleasant walk where you can meet like minded people. The is clean tidy staff are friendly and rest room clean. I don't use the when we've had bad weather as it gets bogged down and impossible to navigate with a dog. A great day at the fair This COULD be an awesome park, but it is not cared for. Full of teenage thugs that pick on the younger kids. I have intervened on too many occasions to protect younger ones when they have been on their own and intimidated. The skate is full of teens smoking weed, mostly in the skate park. Zero security which is such a shame. The is lovely and the staff have always been helpful and prices reasonable. We have stopped going after a group of teens came after my 9 year old who was just trying to go in the skate with his scooter. Really is a shame as it was a perfect for us all to enjoy. The minority ruins it for the rest sadly Food is amazing great staff brought my son to the skate there he said he wants to go back every day I would highly recommend a visit, i went with my friend for breakfast it was freshly cooked, excellent value for money and delicious.
