Good and decent enough prizes, always enjoy taking the kids and picking a prize Always great to try to win the monopoly money boxes. You can even use the tickets in the cafe. The foods great Large arcade with the usual mix of skill games, 2p machines, fruit and ticket games. Several of the bigger I've not seen anywhere else. The "family" part shuts at 11pm; the adult area stays open until late. There's 3 or 4 areas for 18+ machines, but it's not too oppressive Walked in Won 45 quid straight away , walked out lol Mucha variedad de juegos, emocionantes! I went here a couple of years ago on a family holiday and it was nice. The arcade varied, unlike arcades local to me, and the prizes were reasonable for the money that you would expect to spend. Was here alot as a kid, they have a great variety of to play it's amazing Bank holiday so really busy during these times but apart from that are really friendly and will help out when they can. Nice and clean, never usually any rubbish on the floors. Payouts are good too, not expensive for ticket items and overall a great place to go 🙂 The at Playland are amazing! We won a £5 soft toy, but unfortunately, it was stolen while we stepped away to get extra coins. It was our mistake for leaving it unattended, but the still went out of their way to help. They checked the cameras but couldn’t find the culprit, so they generously gave us a replacement soft toy from the arcade machine for free. Nice arcade. Fair selection of slots. A lot of repetition of slots tho so variety a little limited. Far too many tickets machines. However the kids seen to go crazy for them so I get why they have them. Quite big inside, not many places left on the front street, the front are ticket based for toys etc, the rear for adults to fritter away money or win some. Quite a diverse amount of slots and including the old fruit machines. Didn't encounter any fault ones the some bulbs on some had failed but still playable. Enjyed the day out. Try to go on a day when there aren’t as many children and families, Half the arcades were broken, out of tickets or had someone breathing over your shoulder waiting for you to leave. I would not recommend this amusement, the lack of members were unhelpful and everything seemed to be breaking at a moments notice. For an amusement with many arcades the biggest game you play is the waiting game, long line to change coins, long line to count tickets because only 2 out of 6 were working and long line to collect your prize. It was seemingly never ending with rude patrons constantly hitting your shoulders and back without apologising. Played bingo. The bingo part of the amusements was lovely, quiet and we got drinks when we wanted I have just been in for a woman member off to id me on the 18+ yeah I had no id on me at the time but she carried on to say I could use the other 18+ then didn’t give me the full money I put in the machine. Been coming here 2 to 3 time with the little one , nice especially Matthew very friendly and happy , he makes our day top lovely man . The older Woman on the floor was really helpful when prizes got stuck she was helpful with the 3 kids especially since they have autism all round made the day better We visit quite often and have always had great service from the staff, they're always really helpful and friendly! My daughter has autism and sometimes struggles with new people, but the are so lovely with her, Matthew helps if the toys get stuck in the machine and Imogen has been so patient and lovely on the prize stand with her! Aaron has always been helpful in the older section of the amusements and is always friendly (really good like these are hard to find) Thank you guys so much for making it a welcoming place! لسا ماجربت Food was amazing!
