Great venue for watching entertainment. Good size as it is quick and easy to get seated. A little too busy at the bar during interval, but that's par for the course. Helpful and friendly and a nice vibe and decor. Definitely a great smaller venue and one I'm happy to return to without hesitation. We went with the grandchildren on Thursday the 27th of February 2025 we had a box seat which cost £50 for the 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children we went to see the Wizard of Oz production " brilliant experience will be definitely going again the only problem we did have and this has got nothing to do with Billingham Forum was there wasn't many places to eat with the little ones only the local Wetherspoons pub chain children's menu £499 each with a free drink It's a beautiful interior theatre. A bit of a bottle neck as you enter for a performance, everyone crowds around the ticket booth and blocks the way to the stairs or doors... But I can't see a way to change that within the existing building. Car parking is a bit of a faff sometimes, could do with more spaces and the writing on the signs is tiny. Nice old style kiosk for snacks. Upstairs has toilets and a bar. Toilets on ground floor as well as disabled accessible toilets and ramped entrance to theatre. I would happily go to a performance again. Beware the ticket seller they used was hacked earlier in the year (2024) and no one (not the ticket seller or The Forum) emailed or contacted me to let me know- I found out from a third party site. A little disappointing. Been here twice recently and can't believe in 58 years I've never been here before. Great venue and unlike some bigger theatre's your almost guaranteed a good view.. Went to Forum this evening, it was brilliant. We saw an amazing called An Evening of Burlesque including cabaret, comedy, singing and even audience participation. Everything was fantastic, the staff, the and last but no means least the audience. Such a wonderful experience. Great venue. were fantastic really helped my dissabled dad with his power buggy and getting to his seat. The sound was spot on and the light complimented perfectly The was brilliant but regardless of the I find that the are brilliant and there is plenty of free parking available. We tried the VIP bar for the first time and I am glad that we did - there was a huge queue for drinks in the main bar so it was lovely to relax with a drink in the interval I went to The UK Rock last night (3/5/25) and the was absolutely fantastic. The song choices were unreal and the box was amazing view (Box 20) Beside the actually though, the were all amazing. Toward the end of the show, I had a low blood sugar as I'm a type 1 diabetic and what I had on me to treat the hypo wasn't working, so I spotted a security guy and some and asked if there was somewhere to purchase any sweets. When they realised my situation and that I was diabetic the security man walked me to the bar and got me a full fat coke (he wouldn't allow me to pay) and made sure I drank it and got my levels back up. The bar lady (a young lady) was ever so attentive and asked if I needed another drink to help my levels go up. I said it would be enough, but she was so caring and made sure I was ok. I returned to the show, but I saw her later after the as I went to the bar with my friend for an after drink and she remembered me and asked if I was still feeling better. The went above and beyond to help. I have visited the forum many times and always had a marvelous time and the always outshine any theatres I've visited for politeness and helpfulness. 5 star service throughout. Will always recommend and go to this for shows. L.Smith - Billingham It is a great theatre, lots of space, and can see the stage. I do like the bar area, which doesn't get too crowded. And even has a VIP area for a small fee. Once in the theatre, I do like the seating set up with a choice of small more private boxes. Always has a good sound and lighting. It is one of my favourite theatres in the area. A great venue. Free parking so close was fantastic. The forum was so comfortable, and you had plenty of room at the seats. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
