They all seemed so considerate, including the bar manager and our server Aaron who even brought me fresh cutlery to make sure if was 100% as free from cross gluten as possible. There's plenty of entertainment including a pool table and darts board! Parking is dead close but it is a bit congested due to the area, despite this there's a sun trap for outside seating and looks for families with grass for play and toy's & colouring. It was very busy when we went but the was still fast and polite and it's a sign the food is great! Will definitely be going back to explore the rest of the menu. However, we tried the Sunday dinner for the first time and wouldn't get it again or recommend to anybody. The menu itself says that the veg dinner is without the Yorkshires. We ordered two dinners and a child's dinner. They all arrived with Yorkshires. We explained that they shouldn't have done as they contain egg. The guy who brought our food was apologetic and immediately rectified the issue. However, he returned and said the chef had told him that the Yorkshires are "100% definitely vegan" which just isn't true. If I'd have had an egg allergy and trusted this then it could have been incredibly dangerous! The server went to check again and then returned saying the chef had checked the packet and they were definitely vegan. Again, just not true. Some upskilling on what means is definitely needed for your chefs. This was such a shame as the dinner was delicious (particularly the roasties!). If it weren't for this, we'd definitely be back for Sunday lunch. We just can't trust it now, though. From the moment we stepped into Sandstone Nab, we were greeted with a smile . Kim was amazing, very chatty and outgoing. Meal was superb. prices, food hot and portions were brilliant and using 30% off was a bonus.
