I recently visited Hello Pizza Zofingen and ordered a dürüm, but unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming. The food quality was mediocre at best; the dürüm arrived cold, which greatly affected the overall taste and enjoyment. It felt like it had been sitting for a while before being served. The staff seemed distant and unfriendly, giving off a tense atmosphere that made the visit less than pleasant. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality, which made the overall experience rather uncomfortable. While the potential for a better experience is there, it seems that issues with staff and food quality need to be addressed. As it stands, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for a satisfying meal and a welcoming environment. Staff is always extremely friendly. The food is prepared really well. I enjoyed every meal I had there! I tried their Kebab menu and it was nice. Awesome place. As my wife got her birthday we asked for a surpise. The came up with two! A heart shaped pizza (extra) and a dürüm with a huge carrot inside (and ofcoure a normal one) They delivered fast, and the pizza`s were very good. Will definitly come back here! I've been here several times because I like the kebabs here, but tonight the guy serving with a samurai ponytail was very unfriendly. I tried to communicate with him in English about the type of kebab I wanted to order and he seemed upset and annoyed. I also asked for spicy sauce and he gave me samurai sauce. I don't know if it was because of the type of hairdo he was creative that day changing the sauce. The bald guy at the pizza oven is very friendly, I love it and always smiles at me :) Pizzas are good it was first time trying them the XXL Big box kebab with the wrong sauce was not even big. They put 80% salad so at not worth it paying more. Also they had some issues with the chicken now there is only meat beef available in there.
