Good prices, easy access for collection! On the website it says the item is in stock and after ordering it they say I have to wait 7 days until they get it delivered from abroad! No delivery updates until you them to find out. Very strange business model!! The worst possible and I have not received the still, even though it was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago. I ordered some stuff and a person reached out to me in email with an invoice saying that I will have to wait around 2 weeks for the to arrive. I agreed since the price for an item was 2x cheaper than it should be. A month has passed and I decided to check why it takes so long, and after opening the confirmed payment email from a month ago I see that "Order status is changed to: Cancelled." Nobody reached out to me and I didn't get my money back. I reached out to email and after a week a person finally responded apologizing that it was auto cancelled by mistake and if I want to renew the or return my money. Now no repond again, probably will have to wait for another week. 🤡 Nobody is answering the phone, don't even try to since it's a waste of time. I was waiting for my for a month just to realize that it was canceled the first day I paid for it and nobody ever reached out to me to tell it or at least return my money. 🤡🤡🤡 I ordered a product from M79 on April 18th, optimistically encouraged by the “in warehouse” label and the promised delivery time of under 10 days. How quaint. Fast forward to May 21st over a month later and my package finally arrived, presumably by carrier pigeon. There’s no tracking system, because why would a modern online store in 2025 offer something as wildly futuristic as package tracking? Instead, you’ll need to email them repeatedly and cross your fingers. Calling is pointless, as I discovered after being serenaded by silence on separate occasions. When they do reply to emails, expect cryptic responses composed in what I can only assume is a new experimental language. And naturally, no proactive communication about the delays. Why burden themselves with updating customers when they can just... not? All in all, a masterclass in how to keep expectations low and still manage to disappoint. Terrible service. The store regularly insists on prepayment, refusing to allow cash payment upon pickup. After receiving a cashless payment, it often turns out the item is out of stock. This is not okay. Please never buy from this shop. It doesn’t worth it. We have arrived On Monday we came to their pick-up point because we received a letter about the readiness of our order. We received a number, approached the staff by our number, and then we stood for 40 minutes and waited for some girl to come out of the office and say that we received a letter by mistake and she will personally tomorrow when the goods are delivered. On Wednesday I called the support service, hung on the line for 20 minutes and then they answered that it would be possible to pick up the goods on Tuesday. On Thursday I called again, they said that they do not know where my goods are and said that they will me back personally in the first half of the day on Friday. Today is Friday, I have not been able to the support for more than an hour, of which I hung on the line for more than 30 minutes and still no one has picked up the phone. It’s not okay In the past I didn't had a problem with them but now...Made an order, few products not available, which is okei but then they disappear completely! I them, you cant reach them - waited like 20 min on a for someone to pick up and still nothing. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS SERVICE!!!!! Still waiting for my - almost like 3x longer then promissed...
