Hot Chocolate could be stronger and hotter but nice place to have a drink. Only place with proper billiards in Komotini. It's generally a nice place but staff could be a lot more polite. We all really love this game and we were more than excited to play. But the big issue here is the staff. Many years now, it’s a guy in the reception that he really doesn’t want to help. He is not even smiling and he is cranky all the time. When he is looking to you, you think that he wants you to leave. Also a big issue was that they didn’t have the ventilation open, so we were dying from the heat. Maybe they are doing that to avoid electricity costs. But it doesn’t work like that when you have customers in your shop. Anyway, bowling is great and we had fun, but in an other shop, would be much more fun. Offers a bowling alley, pool tables, and a few arcade games. Will definitely be going again! Unpleasant female personal Unfortunately, a complete disappointment – both the food and the service were a disaster. We came from Germany hoping to enjoy a nice evening, but what we experienced at Prime Time was honestly shocking. The food was inedible: • The burger was poorly made, the meat was dry and of terrible quality. There was even mortadella inside, which wasn’t listed on the menu at all. • The pizza tasted like cheap processed cheese – absolutely awful. • Even the Greek salad was anything but Greek. No olive oil, no freshness – just a sad mix thrown on a plate. The service was just as bad: • We waited forever just to place our order. • Our drinks and meals arrived at completely different times – one of us finished eating before the other even got their food. • One female staff member was especially rude, clearly annoyed and totally uninterested in providing any kind of service. The only positive thing: the interior design looks good and the space is fun – but that’s where it ends. We were waiting 40 mins+!
