Coolest place in Vama This used to be one of my favorite place from Vama Veche. The atmosphere is still good, but you raised the prices and lower the quality. Example: Rosa Gin used to be superbly done ans super good. Now it's half a glass and poorly done and the price is like in Cannes... My favourite place in Vama Veche. Everything it’s really good. The food and drinks are awesome. It’s definitely a must go place in Vama Veche. You can also party during the night, and dance. In the morning you’ll enjoy a beautiful sunset. Your millennial go to in vama veche, the place is very expensive (40 lei for an aperol sprit) so if you go there stick to beer. They have a wine bar which has a selection but also quite expensive (lacerta is one example). Food is amazing and well worth the price. In the evening it turns from a beach lounge to a club where you can dance all night. Generally worth it if u want a bite and a quick drink but I would suggest that you don’t spend all your night drinking there and drink somewhere else but come here to dance. Really great pizza and friendly staff, the cocktails are a bit pricier than in other places but thankfully they don’t taste watered down. Overall it’s a super nice experience to dine or attend a concert here, and the music complements everything. Situated near the sea it is a fantastic place to start the day with a a coffee and a breakfast. My favorite dish for lunch is half portion of chicken grilled in a Josper grill. The prices not small but the freshness of food made Expirat a place to eat in Vama Veche. Although not my cup of tea the place is beautifully decorated and it has the best bartenders in the area. Drinks are excellent, food is great and they have specialty coffee during season from Saint Roastery in Bucharest. Very bad service, especially from the short bartender wearing a cap who, after refusing my order, (I asked for wine that was on the menu and he said he only makes cocktails) insulted me and behaved rudely. Or not so much If you are looking for some quality / taste (fast) food in Vama Veche this might be the place to go. It's a mixture of pros and cons so it could be a fit for a premium place but just doesn't check all the marks. Pros: - service is quite fast if it's not too crouded - quality ingredients - pretty clean - pretty location and view Cons: - very limited options (for food) even more so if you're a vegetarian, no vegan options - although the ingredients seem of quality and fresh the taste leaves a bit to be desired, there's just something missing... The aroma - premium prices - difficult to get to by car in mid-season, very crouded The staff are casual, helpful if you ask them, but they don't care about you if you don't ask... it's partially self service so that might be your piece of cake or not, for me and the premium prices they practice, it wasn't.
