We ordered a water pipe, and got one with three coals and no tweezers, that burned out the tobacco completely in 10 minutes. The place is a catasthrophy, don't recommend it to anyone!!! My most recent experience is that after waiting for 20 minutes the waitress arrived with a reserved sign and told me that the booth I was seated in was just now reserved. Turns out the proprietor had just called to reserve the place I was sitting in and that I would be welcome to move to some other table - closer to the obnoxiously loud music, as everything else was packed. Also why is it that a beach bar thinks that we should be able to hear their music from inside the water? Maybe even from Sunny Beach or Sozopol. I guess they must've spent a lot on a sound system and want to get their money's worth. I get it at evening when it's a night bar, but during the day it is plain and simply annoying. Owners of such establishments should take note how often people sit AWAY from their ridiculous speakers and the seats near those are usually empty. Anyways, compared to other locations, at least it's cheap and you do get some semblance of service this year, previously you were ignored so some stars for progress.
