Not the best i have been to, but perfect for its price. Fantastic place ! A lot of saunas, few swimming pools, restaurant. Interesting sauna programs. Not so expensive 30EUR whole day. Very disappointed, they have 2 pools but if some regular clients are being narcissistic or harassing kids , the personal will try to defend them. So no thank you, narcissistic or harassing people is for me an no thank you for ever. This place is incredible. We visited the thermal water polo area and had a delightful time. The water was pleasantly warm and salty. The sauna was excellent, though somewhat crowded. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it was truly amazing. The changing rooms were clean, and overall, cleanliness was maintained throughout. The convenience of a hair drying station was a great touch. Top Aufgüsse, nettes Personal Nice rooftop pool, steam room very busy all the time, quite small for a this large operation. Die lange Saunanacht im RappSoDie war überragend. Tolles Programm, Büffet mit großer Auswahl, Live Piano Spieler der jeden Liederwunsch erfüllte. Es gab eine Vielzahl toller Aufgüsse und weitere Aktionen im Sauna und Badebereich. Genauso die tolle Dekoration in der gesamten Anlage. Das absolute Highlight war auf jeden Fall das Feuerwerk. Hier wurde definitiv nicht gespart. Das Feuerwerk ließe sich nur mit sämtlichen Superlative beschreiben, es war phänomenal! Ein rundum gelungener Abend, nicht zuletzt auch durch die vielen engagierten Mitarbeiter. Nachtrag: auch im Normalbetrieb alles bestens, freundliche Saunameister, schöne Aufgüsse, gute Gastro, freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen im Restaurant und an der Kasse. Only downside was it was a bit full and not enough loungers seeing as loads of people reserved them with towels ( it's a true German thing) and never returned once in the hour I sat in an uncomfortable chair instead of on that damn comfortable lounger 😉 but they can't help other people being inconsiderate. About six/seven different shared saunas - both inside and outside -, access to the swimming pool, different silent rooms to read/sleep/rest as well as meditation rooms, steam baths, foot baths, and way more! Everything you would want or need for a day of total relaxation, to clear up your skin or get a break from the every-day life. And all this for a very tight price, unbelievable! First time I've been in this beautiful complex in Bad Rappenau, but 100% sure it won't be the last. Oh yeah, forgot to say there's also a restaurant inside the sauna area where you can eat very good food for a decent price. I was excited to experience the thermal water pools but the service was so horrible that i will never come back here again. I was yelled at in front of all customers present that I wasn't allowed to wear water shoes. When I responded somewhat confused because I had never heard of such a rule anywhere in the world, the worker yelled at me outrageously whether he should write it on the wall for me. We were also charged extra at the customer service desk for an additional 40 minutes because no one explained to us that we were also paying for the time we had to wait to get into the salt room. Seriously? I don't care how terrible someones day was, or how much someone dislikes his job, giving such remarks as I received at a (vacation) spa is unacceptable. Ja..auf jeden Fall.. Wir waren heute das erste Mal vor Ort und erfreut Domink in der Sauna anzutreffen! Er macht richtig gute Aufgüsse und man merkt wie viel Erfahrung er mitbringt. Auch die Anzahl der Saunen und der Außenbereich hat uns überzeugt. Wir kommen gerne wieder - schade, dass man nie weiß, wann Dominik vor Ort ist. Immer wieder schönes Saunaerlebnis mit ein paar Einschränkungen: das Dampfbad ist leider nie richtig warm und es wird an Aromen gespart. Heute gab's leider auch kein Salzpeeling. Für Samstag herrlich leer, dafür wurde schon 1h vor Schluss begonnen aufzuräumen. Am enttäuschenden ist die Gastronomie. Schnelles Kantinenessen mit mäsiger Qualität. Einzig die Weinschorle schmeckt immer gleich gut. Schade, wenn nur der Preis aber leider nicht die Leistung steigt.
