Which I used and your member told me off for using the women's as i am male presenting. I was initially quite dismissive. This resulted in her coming to find me to tell me off again in front of my friends. So I took her back to the to show her the disabled badge on the door, and she responded that I wasn't in a wheelchair, so I couldn't use it. I explained to her that I could use this bathroom from certain problems that I have. Not all disabilities are visible, and it is certainly not up to your to police the use of the disabled toilet. A man pushed me aggressively, trying to make me apologise to your staff. I am not looking for you to respond personally to me, and to be honest, maybe I should have just phoned the police after being pushed. I would just hope for some training to your so that someone else does not experience this in the future because honestly it was an experience nobody should have to go through.
