The alley is dated, and the pins get stuck from time to time. There's only one person who serves the alley and one waiter, so waiting for service on both is long, even when we were the only ones there. If you have kids along, there are gutter fillers so their balls can reach the pins. The pinsetters hardly ever get stuck, but if they do the staff is there in seconds to fix them. Lanes do not operate properly. Tried to get help from two idiots working and they would not assist. Tried to get money back as I could not even bowl one full game and they refused to give money back. Then one of the idiots tried to physically assault me. Never go to this dump. As you can see by the management's response - they have extremely poor customer service and attitudes.
