Το αυτοκίνητο σε απόσταση 1cm, χωρίς καμία υπερβολή, από το διπλανό. Πλήρωσα εισιτήριο για ανω των 4.25 μέτρων αυτοκίνητο και πάρκαρα σε χώρο όσο το αμάξι μου (4.27m). Η ανακοίνωση να κατέβουμε για την αποβίβαση πολύ νωρίς, με τεράστια αναμονη, ανοργάνωτοι σε ένα περιβάλλον καθόλου υγιές και επικίνδυνο. Η ταμίας στην Σαμοθράκη, ευγενική και προσιτή. Despite booking a student using an international student ID, I was forced to pay an additional €43 onboard because the discount is apparently only valid for Greek students. This important detail was buried in the fine print during the booking process, making the website very misleading. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they refused, despite the lack of clear communication on their part. This is not only poor customer service but potentially a violation of EU law. As per EU regulations, all EU citizens should be treated equally, and restricting discounts to only Greek students could be seen as discriminatory. I would not recommend Zante Ferries to international travelers, and I hope they reconsider their policies and improve their booking process to prevent others from having the same negative experience.
