Courtyard of the city block where the restaurant is located was perfect for hot summer afternoon. Beer was good, cold, well served, only disadvantage is they serve only small - 0,3l glasses. It’s some kind of fashion these days in some places. Most probably that play 🤣to get more for less. (like 2,3€) As the ambient was we stayed longer ordered another beer 😏 and ribs. Have to say, it was very delicious. Restaurant was a bit staff underestimated…all place served only by one waiter and on bartender who was 95% of time on bar only. Anyway, was not as long to wait nether for drink or food. So overall I can say it was and can recommend. Lovely garden. location in the city centre, but you don’t feel like you’re right next to one of main streets. Waiters are usually nice. Menu is okay, drink selection is good. Bit pricey. Azbuka (Alphabet) is a restaurant in cental Belgrade with a beautiful garden, an oasis well-hidden from the traffic and busy Belgrade streets. In the vicinity of many important sights and a great spot to plan a break from exploring this amazing city. We had dinner, the food was ok. The portions were really big though. The whole place did smell of smoke, which is nothing new in Belgrade but it bothers us. Our waiter was very friendly and patient. We were glad they were willing to make a vegetarian dish for one of us. I must say though, they could do with better steak knives. One of us had steak which was really hard to cut with a normal knife. A steak knife would have been much better. Otherwise the restaurant is nice, kind of underground. We decided to go for dinner early so we could leave before the band started. As they sometimes have live music/bands performing. Zanimljiv prostor Super nice. A bit hidden but dont miss this opportunity for a dinner. Nice setup, clean and staff. The feeling you get in a summer day/evening of just when there is a bit of sun in the sky is really nice. When your outside on the terrace its pure a joyful. The burger was very nice,never had it like this..very nice. Good taste and a Quantity for the price. I've been here twice now both times for the chicken ,guacamole,feta ,tomato salad .The ravioli with tomato and basil sauce was really .Walking towards the Republic square I spied this wonderful courtyard with trees .Look for it walking along the sidewalk it's a little tunnel to get there . But the way it is managed is unacceptable. My friends and I reserved a table for ten people, only to arrive and find out that a private birthday party (with decorations, sparklers, and live music) was happening at the same time. NO ONE informed us about this when we called to make the reservation. In the end, we became part of someone else’s party, subjected to loud music we didn’t come to listen to. Što se hrane i usluge tiče, OK je mesto. Ali je bezobrazan način na koji se vodi ovo mesto. Moji prijatelji i ja smo rezervisali sto za deset osoba, došli i saznali da se u to isto vreme održava privatna proslava rođendana (sa dekoracijom, prskalicama, živom muzikom). NIKO nas o tome nije obavestio kad smo zvali da rezervišemo sto.
